Effect of Dietary Supplementation with Rosemary Complex Powder on the Growth Performance of Native Chickens

This study investigated the effects of dietary supplementation with rosemary complex powder on growth performance native chickens. In total, 180 one day-old chicks were assigned to three groups (60 birds each). The control group (Group A) received basal diet. addition diet, two experimental diets (Groups B and C) supplemented 0.2% 0.4% powder, which contained leaves, sweet basil, pineapple sage lavender. Over 19 weeks, feed intake was recorded determine average daily gain conversion ratio. weeks 10 15, blood samples taken for serum antibody titer analysis. At end experiment, immunoglobulin A (IgA) G (IgG) concentrations examined. No differences observed among in terms starting weight, weight week 19, intake, gain, or improved total by 1.52%. Serum IgA IgG significantly lower comparison (p<0.05). Villus height, villus width, crypt depth, height/crypt depth ratio higher than summary, intestinal absorption capacity chickens reduced their concentrations.
